Any citizen with a permanent address can be a member of the library if he accepts the rules of the library:

1. Registers.
2. Observes the deadline.
3. Returns the books back clean and undamaged.
4. Leaves the coat and bag on the rack in the hall of the library.
5. Browses the book with shelf-dummy.
6. Pays fine for lost and damaged books.
7. Readers missing the deadline will pay fine after notice.
8. Readers can use our services during the opening hours.

The computers are available for Internet, word processing and printing for a consideration
